Vivian Deolaso is the Accounting Assistant on the Optimal Outcomes team, working closely with Optimal’s Controller, Cierra, to maintain the company’s financial foundation. Originally from Bougainville, Papua New Guinea, Vivian has called St. Petersburg home for the past 35 years. Her knack for numbers, combined with her experience in client relations and business management, makes her an invaluable asset to the team.
Vivian’s role involves assisting Cierra with a range of accounting tasks, leveraging her deep background in finance to ensure every detail is handled with care and precision. Her dedication to excellence and collaborative spirit are key in driving Optimal’s seamless financial operations.
I am fascinated by numbers; they are used to equate almost everything in life. However, the most valuable things to me cannot be defined by any number: health, loved ones, and our time.
Beyond her professional talents, Vivian brings a unique flair to the team with her creative passions. She studied soil mycology at St. Pete College and is a certified horticulturist, cultivating her expertise in all things green and growing without chemicals. When she’s not balancing the books, you can find her tending to her garden, hunting for vintage treasures, or spending time with her two daughters and large, close-knit family.
