Jack O’Leary serves as Vice President of Healthcare Development at Optimal Outcomes alongside Anthony Frogameni, headquartered in St. Petersburg, FL. In this role, he leads efforts to build strategic partnerships with health systems and physician groups. He supports the development team with responsibilities including land sourcing, acquisition, negotiations, and other key aspects of project execution.

Jack brings over a decade of experience in commercial real estate, with the past seven years dedicated exclusively to healthcare real estate development. His work has led to the successful delivery of multispecialty medical office buildings, as well as specialized facilities including cancer centers, ambulatory surgery centers, and inpatient rehabilitation hospitals.
Prior to joining Optimal Outcomes, Jack served as the SVP of Development for National Healthcare Realty and Development. Jack lives in Tampa with his wife and two daughters.
