Anthony Frogameni is the VP of Development on the Optimal Outcomes team, based in Orlando, FL. He is responsible for cultivating new partnerships while providing support on land sourcing/acquisition, negotiations, and more on the development team.
Healthcare has always been a big part of my family. Helping providers deliver quality facilities that are convenient to the patients that they serve is why I love the work we do at Optimal.
In 2021, Anthony represented Optimal Outcomes as the broker for the sale of Tradition HealthPark to Cleveland Clinic which served as a huge milestone for the company. The deal represented two fully leased medical office buildings totaling over 100,000 SF, owned and developed by Optimal Outcomes. More recently, he is spearheading the 5.43-acre development in Davenport, FL. This venture will provide office/medical/retail businesses with 10,000-50,000 SF of build-to-suit opportunities. The aim initially began as a design-build project for a long-time client, Florida Cancer Specialists. But the 13,000-SF comprehensive cancer center facility on Holly Hill Fruit Road became a catalyst for purchasing the next five parcels.
Anthony Frogameni has over eight years of experience specific to the healthcare real estate sector. He served as the Director of the national healthcare capital markets team at HFF and JLL.
He has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Florida. Anthony lives in Orlando with his wife and three children.
