About Tallahassee Medical Office & Imaging Center
Optimal Outcomes, a national leader in healthcare real estate development, is excited to announce the groundbreaking of a new medical office building located at 2369 Phillips Road in Tallahassee, FL. This will mark the second development to take place at the intersection of Miccosukee and Blairstone Roads as Optimal recently completed the adjacent 20,000+ SF cancer center for Florida Cancer Specialists in April 2021.
The new imaging center is driven by the need in the community for increased access to high-quality medical imaging services. The imaging center is a joint-venture with Envision Radiology, offering advanced, quality, and convenient diagnostic services and specialized radiologists. The imaging center will feature state-of-the-art imaging technology and private dressing rooms in a new comfortable, modern location.

To provide the highest quality of healthcare to the community, we’ve exercised Evidence-Based Design (“EBD”) throughout the planning, designing, and construction phases of this project. EBD is about creating better buildings through the knowledge and application of proven best practices identified through collecting and sharing knowledge learned within these phases.
