About Optimal Outcomes Headquarters
Optimal Outcomes will soon break ground on its new office located in downtown St. Petersburg. The new 10,000-square-foot, two-story building will be located at the corner of 4th St. North and 5th Ave. North, directly adjacent to Florida Bank. Optimal is a real estate development company focusing on healthcare facilities throughout central Florida. Optimal has grown both in terms of project and employees the last few years and is looking forward to further growth in 2014 and beyond.
Our growth has prompted the need for expanded space. While designing our offices we also decided to have additional space that is unique and exceeds the current available inventory. The building will offer the latest in efficient building systems, design and construction, but we also want to challenge the design team to create something typical. We want to build a destination location that attracts tenants and their clientele simply by being highly functional and convenient. The second story will house Optimal’s offices while the first floor will entail 5,000 sq. ft. for office, retail or medical users. The location offers strong traffic counts, high visibility, good access and atypically plentiful parking. Optimal strives to make the building a location for users demanding something more than the typical retail strip center.
