About Lakewood Ranch HealthPark

Located at 5985 Silver Falls Run, Lakewood Ranch Healthpark is one of Optimal’s newest development projects in the Lakewood Ranch master-planned community of Sarasota, FL. The project consists of a 46,000-SF 2-story medical office building with 264 parking spaces.

The project was designed and built using Evidence-Based Design (EBD).  EBD principles are used to achieve functional and aesthetic outcomes that increase operational efficiencies for providers.  In turn, this creates environments that enhance patient experiences and reduce stress. Almost half of the second floor is occupied by Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute (FCS) and the remainder is 360 Orthopedics. The project incorporates a double-lane covered drop-off for patient access and convenience. Situated on five acres, the two-story building is the first Class A medical building constructed in Lakewood Ranch since the development of the Lakewood Ranch Medical Center campus.

Lakewood Ranch Healthpark is the first medical office building to be developed within the Collaboration Opportunities for Research and Exploration (CORE) project at Lakewood Ranch. CORE is a 300-acre development located at the intersection of SR 70 and Lakewood Ranch Boulevard. CORE is projected to focus on health sciences, higher education, biotech, research, and related retail and hospitality uses. Lakewood Ranch is a 40-square-mile master-planned community in Sarasota, Florida. The City was recently named the 2nd fastest-growing master-planned community in the nation.
