New Medical Office Building with HCA Florida Healthcare and Envision Radiology Breaks Ground
Optimal Outcomes, a national leader in healthcare real estate development, is excited to announce the groundbreaking of a new medical office building located at 2369 Phillips Road in Tallahassee, FL. This will mark the second development to take place at the intersection of Miccosukee and Blairstone Roads as Optimal recently completed the adjacent 20,000+ SF cancer center for Florida Cancer Specialists in April 2021.

This new project comes in the wake of HCA Florida Healthcare’s partnership with Envision Radiology (Colorado Springs, CO). To support their joint venture, the 10,000+ SF facility is fully leased out to HCA Healthcare and 6,930 SF will be apportioned to Envision Radiology, a diagnostic medical imaging company that will offer MRI, CT, ultrasound, x-ray, and women’s imaging services.

Scheduled for completion in December 2022, Optimal Outcomes was selected as the owner and developer of the new medical office building. The architectural firm for the project is Pavalis Architekon, and Precise Construction will serve as the general contractor.
The groundbreaking event, which took place on May 12th, was attended by executives from Optimal Outcomes, HCA Healthcare, and Envision Radiology.
