Patrick Marston is a Principal at Optimal Outcomes, based in St. Petersburg, FL. He is responsible for leading the development of our privately owned projects and maintaining a sense of humor throughout headquarters.
Prior to founding Optimal Outcomes, Patrick worked as an investment banker with Schroeders in New York and as a real estate lender for the Bank of Boston in London. Coming from a career in banking, Patrick Marston wanted to establish himself in a niche with a strong credit driver when he transitioned into commercial real estate development 25 years ago.
I really wanted to be involved in bricks and mortar as I am more of a blue-jeans type of guy and have been enthralled with construction. I was also interested in the equity side of business.
He found it within healthcare-related projects. Since the founding of Optimal, Patrick has arranged, structured, and placed over $500 million of real estate financings and is responsible for $300+ million in new development. To help ensure cross all T’s are crossed, he keeps Kim by his side.
His Finance & International Management degree is from Boston University. He is married with three children.
