Lauren graduated from the College of Charleston with a B.S. in Exercise Science and obtained her personal training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. In her free time, she enjoys practicing Pilates, singing, playing guitar, visiting cozy coffee shops, and spending time with her fiancé and friends.
