Angela Pongpathed is the Property Manager at Optimal Outcomes, based in St. Petersburg, FL. She is responsible for catering to your building or facility’s aesthetic, mechanical, and overall functional needs – so you can focus on what’s important: your organization’s growth and success.
Angela gracefully manages the entire property management portfolio with her assistant, Joan. Their focus is making sure our assets are maintained in a Class-A manner. To do this, our assets are subject to daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reviews. This will ensure long-term sustainability and functionality as well as timeless aesthetics. Her most recent baby is Vero Orthopaedics & ASC. The 68,000 SF modernist facility opened in 2021 and has already received two awards for its design. The first floor is anchored by Vero Orthopaedics & Neurology (“VON”) – the pre-eminent orthopaedic and neurosurgical group practice in Vero Beach, FL. The second floor houses an ambulatory surgical center.
Property management is my passion. With 26 years of experience, I’ve had the privilege of working for Fortune 100, 250, and 500 companies and I bring that knowledge and experience with me to Optimal Outcomes looking to strengthen my background in medical office building management. Through this new Optimal experience, I’ve been given the unique opportunity to take a more hands-on approach with my properties, work with a great team of people who care, and together provide our tenants the best quality of care and service possible.
Angela Pongpathed has over 26 years of experience in commercial property management and real estate development. Before joining Optimal Asset Management, Angela worked for several Fortune-rated companies. Throughout her years of experience, she gained extensive knowledge in property management and insight into providing premier customer service. Angela has a strong people-oriented approach. She also possesses a strong background in lease interpretation, has a proven history and ability to enforce the terms of leases, and works hard to maximize profits and minimize operating expenses whenever possible.
In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her beautiful daughter and granddaughter.
