Joan is the Administrative Assistant of Optimal Outcomes, based in St. Petersburg, FL. She provides support on oversight of all healthcare facilities under the Property Management Portfolio and assists in tending to the needs of tenants, alongside Angela.

A Chicago native, Joan brings both an urban and cosmopolitan edge to her style of administrative work. In Joan’s spare time, she enjoys time with her son, Donald, and other family members. She loves to sing, is a Thespian, and is also a Director in a Music & Arts ministry.
