Optimal Outcomes completed construction of St. Anthony’s Medical Arts Building, a state-of-the-art medical office building located on the campus of St. Anthony’s Health Care campus in St. Petersburg, Florida. The medical office building is home to a large Cardiology Practice, Cardiac Diagnostics, an Outpatient Cath Lab, a PET CT Scanner, Primary Care, and other Heart and Vascular related specialties. The 50,000 SF building is located to the east of the Hospital and is connected by an elevated walkway from the second floor. Optimal Outcomes surpassed three other development firms based largely on the recommendations provided by area physicians who are tenants in other Optimal Outcomes properties. In recent days the Cath Lab has been renovated to become a full-service Endoscopy ASC.

St. Anthony’s Medical Arts Building is located at 560 Jackson St N, in the vibrant city of Saint Petersburg. The property sits along I-375, just north of downtown. Countless theaters, art galleries, performance venues, craft breweries, and shops are reachable via car, walk, or bike.

St. Anthony’s Medical Arts Building was owned, professionally managed, and fully leased by Optimal Outcomes until 2017. The sale of this property and six others were completed after Healthcare Trust of America or “HTA” approached Optimal Outcomes. The sale of seven properties demonstrated the success of Optimal’s design, development, and property management of its projects. Today, the location is still under the property management of Optimal Outcomes.
