Healthcare Real Estate Firm Completes Acquisition of Multi-Tenant Medical Office Building and Announces Plans for New Development
Port Saint Lucie, FL (June 17, 2015) – Optimal Outcomes, a leading developer and owner of healthcare real estate, announced today the acquisition of a medical office building located at 10050 Innovation Way in the Tradition community of Port St Lucie, FL adjacent to Martin Health’s Tradition Medical Center, a 90-bed acute care hospital that recently opened in 2014. As part of the same transaction, Optimal Outcomes also acquired an additional 7.5 acres of contiguous land entitled for additional medical office development.

Completed in 2013, the existing building is a two-story 41,750 square foot fully leased medical office facility anchored by Martin Memorial Medical Center, LLC. Additional tenants include Jack Daubert, M.D., P.A., d/b/a Florida Vision Institute, Visiting Nurse Association of Florida, Inc., RAPS Acquisition Holdings, LLC, and Premier Wellness Centers, LLC. The site is on 3.53 acres, provides 197 surface parking spaces and has a direct enclosed connector to Tradition Medical Center.
“With the success and planned growth of the Tradition Medical Center, the need for high-quality medical space in this market will continue to grow,” said Optimal Outcomes Principal Patrick Marston. “We are currently looking at several options including another building connected to the hospital as well as free-standing buildings capable of accommodating high acuity providers such as cancer, diagnostic, and surgical centers, we anticipate announcing plans that involve some of these types of users in the very near future.”
The purchase of the existing building and adjacent land officially closed on Monday, June 15.
